Who we are
Silent Battles is an independent self-help brand. We publish a book and a free guide focused on breaking destructive habit patterns. This site is how we deliver them.
What we collect
The only thing we ask for is your email address, given when you sign up for the free guide.
If you buy the book, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) collects what's needed to complete the purchase. That's covered by their privacy policy, not ours.
What we do with it
Your email goes to MailerLite, the service we use to send emails. We use it to send you the guide, a short series of follow-up emails about breaking the loop, and occasional updates if there's something worth telling you.
That's it. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
Who else sees it
To deliver this site, we use a few services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Cloudflare, for hosting and security
- MailerLite, for sending emails
- Google Fonts, for the typography
- Lemon Squeezy, if you buy the book
How long we keep it
Your email stays on our list until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, with one click. We don't keep addresses that have been removed.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe any time, no questions asked. If you want your data fully deleted, email silentbattles.book@gmail.com and we'll handle it.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set essential cookies for security; those are standard and unavoidable if you're using the site.
Children
This site deals with adult topics. It's not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
International users
This site is available worldwide. If you're in the EU or another region with strict privacy laws, you have the same rights to unsubscribe, request deletion, and ask questions as anyone else. Email us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Major changes will be flagged via email if you're on the list.
